KND GAS is a well established and a recognized accredited agent, as well as a distributor of Petroleum Products for Oryx Energies.

Our dedication to our business equips us to form larger satisfied customer-bases in a particular region. Our core business involves the distribution of liquefied petroleum gas.

Our company is highly service-driven, and all of our customers are treated in a professional manner, as well as, with the highest level of importance.

Being a service delivery company, we maintain effective and efficient standards in order to carry certain processes out. We provide highly skilled and trained individuals to ensure our best service is carried out at all times.

2.            Delivery policy

If the item you order is in stock, delivery will be 24 – 48 hours from a recipient of payment or order depending on the payment option. If the item you are looking for is out of stock, please contact us, and we will try and make a plan with our suppliers to get it for you.

Delivery is FREE anywhere in Cape Town for all LPG gas orders and for other orders above R 450.

4.            Return and Refunds policy

Damaged Goods

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery/collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery/collection.

We will arrange to collect the product from you. Once we have inspected the product, we will either repair or replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair is possible/we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference). We work hard to deliver on our promises, but if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you’re welcome to arrange for a return.

Defective Goods

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of high quality, are in good working order and are without defects.

o    What is a defect?

o    A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.

o    The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:

-faults resulting from normal wear and tear;

-damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;

-damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;

-damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;

-damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;

-where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on our website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you;

The item must be in its original packaging and you’ll need the proof of payment. When you receive your purchase, please check it thoroughly. Identify and note any damage that may have happened in transit.

DO I PAY FOR THE RETURNS?

If your product is still under guarantee, we will arrange for it to be collected. In the event of products ordered incorrectly, we ask a restocking fee of 20%. This will be at your (the customer’s) own expense. If you need transport for the product, we can also arrange it for a small fee.

5.            Customer Privacy policy

KND GAS  shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 7.            Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for KND GAS via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

8.            Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by KND GAS separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

9.            Country and transaction currency

All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

10.         Responsibility

KND GAS takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
